Reflexology can be beneficial at every stage of your pregnancy to help soothe pregnancy ailments and prepare the body for birth.

  • In the initial stages of pregnancy reflexology can be used to help relieve the symptoms of sickness and fatigue

  • In the later stages it can help soothe pregnancy ailments such as pelvic girdle pain and water retention.

  • Post 37 weeks, reflexology can be used to help prepare the body for birth. Studies also suggest reflexology can help breech babies and induce labour.
